Asda Stores Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to lead day-to-day wholesale delivery, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain strong financial controls across the wholesale portfolio.

You will act as the primary account manager for key wholesale customers, coordinating forecasting, stock replenishment, and continuous improvement initiatives while engaging with senior stakeholders to drive performance and value.

Qualificações

• Experience onboarding and managing wholesale customers in wholesale/retail/FMCG environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams including Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and HR.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results through influence.
• Experience with forecasting, stock management, billing and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem solving in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day wholesale operational delivery.
• Act as primary account manager for key wholesale customers.
• Ensure supply chain performance and issue resolution.
• Manage billing processes and financial reconciliation.
• Monitor contract compliance and service delivery.
