Job summary

Asda in Minworth is seeking an Operations Manager to deliver excellent execution across the store and embed routines that improve availability, waste and shrink. You will review processes and KRAs to drive strong metrics and wage control while leading and coaching managers across Ambient, Fresh, George and GM areas in our large-format store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of store operations across food and non-food.
• Proven track record reducing waste and managing shrink.

Responsibilities

• Review store processes and KRAs to drive metric improvements and wage control.
• Lead and coach store managers to deliver high standards across departments.
