Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking a Merchandise Planner to own a global Wholesale account, working with partners across the US, Canada, Mexico and Australia. You will blend planning, trading and account management to build balanced ranges and drive partner performance.

You’ll collaborate with Wholesale, Product, Shipping and Marketing to maximise sell-out, manage stock, and support growth of Reiss across international markets. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Wholesale merchandising or similar fashion role with international markets experience.
• Commercial mindset with budgeting, forecasts and opportunity identification.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and processes across markets.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with global partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical with data management skills and ability to turn data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and trading of a key global Wholesale account, report on performance and forecasts against budget.
• Manage departmental forecasting across Fashion and Continuity, align with Mainline bookings.
• Produce pre and post-buy analysis to support balanced ranges for global partners.
• Support end‑to‑end Wholesale and Franchise market processes, manage buy calendars and deadlines via NuOrder.
• Drive in‑season trading opportunities with partners using stock and performance data.
• Manage stock, intake, allocation and dispatch to meet trading/shipping windows.
• Ensure partners and teams have accurate product imagery, data, and forecasts; collaborate with Product/Shipping/Marketing.
• Develop Assistant and Trainee Merchandisers and coach the Wholesale team.
