Job summary

Reiss is seeking a proactive Merchandising Assistant to support range planning, buying prep, and trading insights. You’ll collaborate with the Merchandising team to keep data accurate and drive commercial decisions.

You’ll analyse historical sales, maintain systems, and help manage supplier timelines, line cards, and stock information across regions. Strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Merchandising, retail or head office experience preferred.
• Strong data handling and numerical analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with willingness to learn merchandising systems.
• Confident communicator capable of building relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support range planning and buying by preparing historical sales data and fast-selling info.
• Produce daily and weekly sales and trading reports to guide decisions.
• Maintain merchandising systems, line cards and Never Out of Stock info.
• Manage intake reporting and supplier critical paths, flagging changes.
