Job summary

REISS in London is seeking a Merchandiser to support range planning, buying, and trading by preparing historical sales data, lessons learnt and fast-selling product information for buy meetings. You will produce daily and weekly sales reports, maintain merchandising systems, line cards and Never Out of Stock lines, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage supplier critical paths, raise POs and barcodes, and support markdown activity to ensure stock and margin

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail or head office environment.
• A genuine interest in fashion and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Support range planning and buying by preparing historical sales and fast-selling product information for buy meetings.
• Produce daily and weekly sales and trading reports to support commercial decisions.
• Maintain merchandising systems, line cards and Never Out of Stock lines; ensure accurate data.
• Manage intake reporting and supplier critical paths; highlight date changes and potential impacts.
• Raise and maintain purchase orders and barcodes; ensure accuracy across Range Plan and country splits.
• Support markdown activity and manage picture packs for channels and regions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Distribution Centre and cross-functional teams on delivery amendments and stock information.
• Develop merchandising expertise with the Assistant Merchandiser and wider team.
