Job summary

Kurt Geiger in London is seeking a Wholesale Logistics Coordinator to support the wholesale supply chain, work with Sales, Finance and Warehouses, and ensure smooth delivery of purchase orders into global warehouses.

You will monitor stock intake, liaise with Merchandising, Sales and DCs, prepare inbound/outbound reporting, and help build streamlined procedures to minimise costs while meeting customer delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Wholesale supply chain post PO creation by liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery into global warehouses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandisers and Buying teams to maintain stock flow and share data with DCs and Logistics for peak periods.
• Monitor delays or disruptions to stock and inform customers promptly to minimise financial impact.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly reporting on inbound/outbound deliveries, invoicing, cancellations and forecast tracking.
• Create and maintain reporting tools for the Wholesale team and wider business.
• Plan intake into the DC and ensure customer delivery deadlines are met.
• Assist with outbound shipping requirements and build a seasonal information pack for DCs to minimise costs.
• Review received stock against POs and oversee allocation and onward shipping with DCs during peak periods.
• Provide first class customer service for Wholesale orders, shipping, returns and cancellations.
• Provide support to the Wholesale Logistics team to ensure best practice across the dept.
• Co-coordinate stock returns and create credit notes with Finance.
• Undertake general administration tasks as required by the department.
