Job summary

Club L London is seeking a highly organised Wholesale Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end wholesale process, ensuring on-time deliveries and KPI achievement. You will forecast, report, invoice, and coordinate stock with suppliers and retailers, while maintaining strong partner relationships across the order lifecycle.

The role requires independent work, teamwork across departments, and strong analytical and Excel capabilities to drive efficient processes and accurate data presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in merchandising or stock management, ideally wholesale/retail.
• Ability to work independently and with wider teams.
• Flexible with prioritising workloads as needed.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills; data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order book with end-to-end accountability across the critical path.
• Consistently track order progress to ensure delivery dates are met.
• Produce and analyse reports for internal and external retailers.
• Work with merchandising, ops and sales to forecast products and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage freight costs for wholesale orders in coordination with operations.
• Partner with finance to ensure invoicing accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate wholesale stock deliveries with the warehouse.
• Support the wholesale team with day-to-day admin tasks.
• Assist with weekly reporting including trade data.
