The Bamford Collection is seeking a Wholesale Coordinator to manage day-to-day wholesale operations from order placement to delivery. You will support the Account Manager and collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to keep timelines and accuracy high.

The role focuses on maintaining product information, pricing and retailer documentation, while helping with invoicing and new product launches. This position is based in the UK, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration or sales support in wholesale/retail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wholesale orders from placement to dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain product information, price lists and retailer documentation.
• Support new product launches and cross-functional teams.
• Assist Accounts with invoicing queries and records.
