Job summary

Wax London is seeking a Wholesale Assistant to support the Wholesale Director & Manager in keeping wholesale operations running smoothly from our London office. The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid, with regular client interaction and opportunities to help shape future wholesale strategy.

Key duties include sample management, account handling, and collaboration with Operations and Finance on shipments.

Responsibilities

• Providing full administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the wholesale operation.
• Owning sample management for both the in-house and external agents.
• Business-partnering with Operations and Finance regarding shipments and account management.
• Preparing and sending order confirmations to clients at the end of each season.
• Managing existing accounts while actively identifying opportunities for growth.
• Sourcing and developing new clients to expand the independent wholesale business.
• Working alongside the Wholesale Director & Manager to help shape future strategy.
