Job summary

Qualifications

• High level of organisation and attention to detail during peak season.
• Experience using Joor.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Assist with uploads to digital platforms and create line sheets for each brand.
• Admin during selling season: diary management, lookbooks, line sheets, orders chasing.
• Communicate with brands and customers on shipments and payments.
• Update wholesale reports: weekly/monthly sales overview and recommendations.
• Prepare seasonal product analyses and weekly wholesale store reporting.
• Monitor samples and manage returns; assist showroom setup and pack-down.
