Job summary

BoF Careers is seeking a proactive Wholesale Account Coordinator to support selling and managing wholesale accounts across the season. The role involves on- and offline communication with retailers, scheduling buying appointments, and preparing line sheets and marketing materials.

You will work with the Senior Wholesale Manager and report to the Founder, helping grow stockists in key territories. Candidates should have strong sales, communication and organisational skills, with a proven ability

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Experience in wholesale or retail sales preferred.
• Ability to analyse retailer buys and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Focus on ATS orders.
• Schedule seasonal buying appointments with new and current retail partners.
• Prepare seasonal sales materials.
• Request sale reports from retailers to understand buys and styles.
• Nurture existing accounts throughout the season.
• Send line sheets and marketing materials to boost weekly sales.
• Identify new retail partners in targeted territories.
• Showcase seasonal collections to new stockists to gain partnerships.
• Process invoicing and perform data analysis with weekly sales reporting.
• In-store training with Key Accounts to explain selling points and standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Wholesale Manager and report to the Founder.
