Job Description:

To support the wholesale team in the day-to-day running of the department, both in and out of the selling season. The candidate will be responsible for working across major accounts as well as supporting agents in key territories.

A successful Wholesale Admin Assistant will have proven experience in a similar head office position, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organization skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a wholesale head office-based role
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and work under pressure
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with internal computer systems – ideally Zedonk & Joor
  • Understanding of sell-through analysis
  • Analytic approach to reporting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with stock - ideally within a fashion brand but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude coupled with a tenacious drive to achieve results
  • Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ work ethic
  • Willing to work in a heavily admin-focused role
Main Responsibilities
  • Admin support for global major accounts
  • Sending out seasonal RRP’s
  • Monitoring global pricing and providing weekly reports
  • Monitoring online uploads to ensure product availability in a timely manner
  • Bi-weekly store visits to UK department stores
  • Assisting in-house market appointments
  • Updating and adding new account information to Joor and Zedonk
  • Supporting external agents with relevant information
  • Collecting PO numbers ahead of delivery windows and sending EAN codes to relevant accounts
  • Supporting wholesale and shipping departments to ensure timely order dispatch
  • Inputting monthly style ST information
  • Providing delivery and payment information to clients
  • Assisting with re-orders and swaps
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries
