This full-time role based in the United Kingdom or Benelux focuses on executing regional growth with Inside Sales and Application Engineer support to expand both direct and distributor channels.

Location: United Kingdom or Benelux. Salary (brutto): €70,000–€85,000 with a performance-based bonus/commission. Travel up to 50% to strengthen distributor and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation or robotics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute market growth strategies within Western & Northern Europe.
• Develop growth plans with distributors to maximise performance and sales.
• Expand direct sales and build relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations and events to drive sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Application Engineer to optimize customer experience.
