Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Warehouse Manager for a busy distribution site in Coleshill, West Midlands. The role is full-time and permanent, with a £50,000 salary and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced logistics operation.

You will oversee inbound/outbound flows, inventory, and systems, driving performance and compliance while developing teams and building strong customer relationships. A proactive, data-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS and KPI improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams to meet goals.
• Manage inbound, outbound, storage and inventory activities.
• Monitor and improve KPI performance across productivity, accuracy, service and cost.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Manage staffing, resource planning and workforce performance.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure systems and processes support business objectives.
• Produce reports and updates for senior management.
• Support a culture of accountability and high performance.
