Pertemps West Midlands & Worcestershire Perm Hub is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a busy distribution facility in Coleshill, West Midlands. You will own day-to-day performance, drive efficiency, and maintain high service standards in a safe, productive environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong experience in warehouse operations, team development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of improving warehouse performance and service levels.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational goals.
Manage inbound, outbound, storage and inventory activities.
Monitor and improve KPI performance across productivity, accuracy, service and cost.
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage staffing levels, resource planning, and workforce performance.
Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure warehouse systems and processes support business objectives; produce reports for senior management.
Support a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
