Job summary

ProviT LTD is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to join a busy operation in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire. You will manage day-to-day warehouse activities and lead a small team during seasonal peaks, overseeing stock control, goods in and out, picking, packing and dispatch.

The role requires proven warehouse or logistics management experience, strong IT skills (Excel), excellent organisational and communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure with a hands-on approach.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Wellesbourne.

This is a hands-on Warehouse Manager role, you won't just be sat behind a desk and will get involved with all duties across the site. It involves managing a small permanent team with big seasonal peaks so the team size will vary.

You will manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, including stock control, goods in and out, picking and loading, transport, team management and Health & Safety.
