The successful candidate will lead a busy distribution facility within a well-established logistics operation in the West Midlands, taking ownership of day-to-day warehouse performance. Responsibilities include overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring customer requirements are met, and maintaining compliance, productivity and quality standards. The role calls for a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, team management and continuous improvement. Key skills include operational efficiency, people leadership, health and safety awareness, and the ability to drive high service standards in a safe, productive working environment.

The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining compliance, productivity, and quality standards.

About You

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, Distribution Manager, or similar leadership position
• Strong experience managing warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• A data-driven approach with experience monitoring and improving KPIs
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation and operational compliance requirements
