Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our West London team, delivering operational excellence across prestigious events venues and premium commercial spaces.

In this role you will manage multiple small works, fit-outs and M&E projects from specification through closeout, while minimizing disruption to live operations. You will lead diverse teams, oversee contractor performance and ensure safety and quality in sophisticated environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' field experience in facilities, construction management or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering projects in high-end venues or premium commercial spaces.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder expectations in time-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and building fabric disciplines is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple small works, fit-out and M&E projects autonomously.
• Lead complete project lifecycles from specification to closeout.
• Manage contractor performance and lead diverse teams.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct quality audits.
