JLL is seeking a Community Manager for Merchant Square in London. You will lead the development of a bespoke community experience, events, and marketing initiatives for 10,000 residents, occupiers, and visitors.

You will build relationships across a diverse community, deliver standout events, and drive engaging campaigns across channels. This role focuses on strategic placemaking and exceptional estate experiences.

Qualificações

• Previous marketing and events experience at assistant or executive level.
• Proven track record delivering events and placemaking for high-footfall destinations.
• Experience creating and managing content with WordPress or equivalent CMS.
• Hands-on use of Instagram and Facebook for business.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools.
• Experience delivering on-site events and content for websites and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Act as lead contact for events, communications, and marketing across the estate.
• Plan the yearly events programme to enhance Merchant Square brand for occupiers, residents, and visitors.
• Hold regular meetings with occupier and resident representatives to strengthen relationships and communications.
• Create and deliver a vibrant community/placemaking strategy connecting customers within Merchant Square Estate.
• Implement placemaking projects to activate spaces throughout the estate.
• Deliver on-site events as lead contact, coordinating external partners and ensuring execution quality.
• Engage with local charities and deliver an annual CSR programme aligned with sustainability.
• Drive marketing across channels including website, social media, and monthly newsletters.
• Coordinate development of the Merchant Square mobile app.
• Leverage photography and video to create engaging social content.
• Manage estate communications and signage with designers.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies for creative and communications work.
• Write content for awards and various platforms.
