Procter & Gamble’s Oral-B division is seeking a field-based Territory Manager covering West London. You will influence dental professionals, drive product recommendations, and participate in educational events such as lunch meetings, congresses, and trade fairs.

You will receive extensive product and sales training and operate with territory ownership from day one. The role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building, and a professional approach to drive business outcomes within a globally

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, selling or healthcare is ideal.
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide service-minded support.
• Ability to work autonomously and hit targets in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfort presenting and delivering educational content to groups.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI and Salesforce desirable.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with dental professionals to influence product use and recommendations.
• Lead educational lunch meetings, Dental Congresses, Trade Fairs and scientific exchanges.
• Own and drive your territory with autonomy and contribute to regional results.
• Complete training on Oral-B products and sales techniques and apply learnings on the field.
