Job summary

Network Scientific Ltd. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Greater London and the South East, building strong customer relationships and introducing innovative dental products and solutions.

You will own the territory, developing business plans, identifying opportunities and helping customers achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities include driving profitable sales, expanding existing accounts, targeting new prospects, and collaborating with marketing and support

Qualifications

• At least three years' sales experience, ideally within the dental industry.
• Experience in dental implants would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex clinical or technical information clearly.
• Good organisational and planning skills to manage a territory, forecasts and sales activity.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across sales, marketing and customer support.
• Professional, ethical and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Driving profitable sales growth and maximising revenue across the assigned territory.
• Developing, maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers; expanding accounts.
• Targeting and converting new business prospects to achieve new customer acquisition targets.
• Acting as a trusted partner to customers, understanding objectives and offering solutions.
• Developing and maintaining territory business plans, forecasts and promotional activity.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives, product launches and sales objectives.
• Representing the business at customer meetings, regional events and national trade shows.
• Using educational events and customer engagement to grow accounts and attract new customers.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, including clinical evidence and benefits of the portfolio.
