Qualifications

• Experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role supporting SEN pupils.
• Calm, patient approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group behavioural and emotional support to pupils.
• Support learning and engagement during lessons and the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to manage behaviours.
