REESON Education seeks a confident Behaviour Mentor for a West London school. The role involves providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs, working closely with teaching staff and other support colleagues.

This is a full-time, long-term position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting pupils with SEN and the ability to build positive relationships, ensuring pupils remain engaged and progress

Formación

The Ideal Behaviour Mentor

• Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or similar
• Experience working with pupils with SEN and/or behavioural needs
• A calm and consistent approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour
• The ability to remain composed in difficult situations
• A patient and positive approach
• A genuine interest in helping pupils make progress
