Job summary

REESON Education seeks an experienced Behaviour Mentor in West London to provide individual and small-group support for pupils with behavioural, emotional, and educational needs. You will collaborate with teaching staff to deliver consistent guidance and build positive relationships throughout the school day.

The role requires a calm, patient, and proactive approach with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping pupils progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or similar
• Experience working with pupils with SEN and/or behavioural needs
• A calm and consistent approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour
• The ability to remain composed in difficult situations
• A patient and positive approach
• A genuine interest in helping pupils make progress
