Keys Group is hiring a Female Support Worker for its Cae Eithin home near Swansea. The role involves daily support for adults with complex needs, promoting independence and personal development in a caring environment.

The position is based in Swansea, 35 hours per week, paying £13.45–£14.05 per hour. A genuine occupational requirement means the role is restricted to female applicants aged 18 or over.

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promoting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.

• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

About Cae Eithin

Cae Eithin is a female-only residential care home in Llangyfelach, just outside Swansea, supporting three adults with complex mental health needs, including dual diagnosis.

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day To Day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
