SET Recruitment is sourcing a Welsh-speaking Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a role in Llantrisant, RCT. The successful candidate will assist teachers, plan activities, and provide targeted support to boost student achievement in a Welsh-speaking educational setting.

Qualifications

• Proven HLTA experience in a school setting.
• Fluent in Welsh and English, written and spoken.
• Relevant education or HLTA qualification.
• Strong understanding of curriculum and key stages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear safeguarding understanding (training provided).
• DBS required; enhanced DBS cost covered by SET Recruitment for non-Update Service candidates.

Responsabilités

• Support class teachers with lessons and activities.
