Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Dewsbury is seeking a Supervisor for a 12 month fixed-term contract at 20 hours per week. You will help create an exceptional store experience by leading with confidence and supporting your team to grow and helping customers find the right products for their wellness journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service and ability to lead others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness with willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills in a busy store.
• Comfort using digital tools to support store operations.
