Job summary

Boots UK is looking for a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor to work on the shop floor and help customers find the right products for their wellbeing. Full training will be provided, including the Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).

You will ask open questions, offer holistic health solutions and support customers with expert advice while keeping shelves well-presented and stocked. This role emphasises team success over individual commissions.

Qualifications

• A warm, approachable manner and confident to start conversations with customers.
• Able to put customers at ease so they share healthcare needs.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven and focused on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness brands, giving expert, unbiased advice to ensure good customer experiences.
• Use open questions to understand needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions and services.
• Interact with customers daily to connect and support diverse health needs.
• Contribute to a supportive, non-commission-based team environment.
• Support completing the Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).
• Keep shelves stocked, clean and tidy throughout the day.
