Job summary

Holland & Barrett is recruiting a Store Manager for the Bridge Street store in Evesham. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive commercial success and create an environment where colleagues can thrive.

As a retail leader, you will develop people, manage performance, budgets and priorities, and champion the use of technology to improve efficiency and the customer journey. This role offers a pathway to grow within a trusted health and wellness retailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Coach colleagues through our Qualified to Advise training and ongoing development.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
