Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Epping is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This permanent role offers 38.75 hours per week and a salary of up to £30,500 per annum, depending on experience.

You will coach colleagues through the Qualified to Advise training, manage stock, merchandising, and safety standards, and collaborate with your Regional Manager to share best practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
