Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Grays is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant for a 5-month fixed-term contract, 19 hours per week. You’ll welcome customers, guide them to products for their wellness goals, and deliver outstanding service in a busy store.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products for wellness goals.
• Recommend products and solutions with confidence and great service.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays merchandised to a high standard.
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and operations.
• Collaborate with team to hit store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Listen to customer needs and suggest in-store or online options.
• Complete training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
