Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract for 15 hours per week. You will greet customers, help them find products, and deliver outstanding service to meet individual wellness goals.

You’ll stock shelves, support promotions, and work with the team to maintain a high standard of store presentation and customer care. Training to advise on products will be provided, with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to stay organised in a busy retail environment.
• Willingness to learn about health and wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and suggest products in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and guidance.
