Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant on a 3-month fixed-term contract for 10 hours per week. The role focuses on welcoming customers, recommending wellness products, and maintaining store standards. Training and support are provided to build product knowledge and confidence in advising customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products, in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
