Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Grays is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant for 18 hours per week. You will welcome customers, help them find products for their wellness goals, and provide trusted guidance with our Qualified to Advise training.

A supportive team environment and ongoing training are offered. You'll contribute to merchandising and store presentation, assist with promotions, and use tablets and digital tools to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products aligned with wellness goals

• Keep shelves stocked and displays merchandised to a high standard
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and operational standards
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience
• Use consultative approach to understand needs and guide product choices
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge
