Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant to join our store team at Portarlintong Road Retail Park on a 20-hour-per-week contract. You will welcome customers, advise on health products, keep shelves stocked and support promotions to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are friendly, great communicators, enjoy helping others and are keen to learn about wellness. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find suitable health products.
• Recommend products and solutions with confidence while delivering excellent service.

• Collaborate with the team to hit store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide product choices.
