Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Oxford is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join our team. You will welcome customers, help them choose wellness products, and maintain attractive store displays. This role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach and comfort with tablets and digital tools.

A training program will equip you to advise confidently and support promotions. Work is 17 hours per week at £13.70 per hour, with benefits including holidays, pension, staff discounts, and health services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
