Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Bedford is seeking a Retail Assistant on a 12 Week Fixed-Term Contract, 8 hours per week. You will welcome customers, help them find wellness products, and deliver outstanding service across in-store and online channels. Training will build your product knowledge and confidence for trusted guidance.

You’ll join a team focused on promotions, store presentation, and a positive shopping experience while developing organisational and digital skills in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
