Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant at Market Place, Saffron Walden on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is 10 hours per week, paying £13.17 per hour, with training and support to help you build knowledge in health and wellness. You’ll assist customers, keep shelves stocked, and deliver great service in a busy retail environment.

You’ll use tablets and digital tools to assist customers, collaborate with your team, and contribute to store promotions and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
