Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in North Cotes, High Street. This permanent, part-time role involves welcoming customers, guiding product choices for wellness goals, and delivering excellent service.

You’ll learn about health and wellbeing, stay organised in a busy store, and use tablets to assist customers. Our training will support your growth and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service.
• Interest in health and wellness and willingness to learn.
• Capability to stay organised and work in a busy retail environment.
• Comfort using tablets and digital tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products for wellness goals.
• Recommend products and solutions with great service.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandising at a high standard.
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and operations.
• Collaborate with the team to hit store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use consultative approach to understand customer needs, in-store or online.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.
