Job summary

Holland & Barrett Daventry is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them choose products that support their wellness goals. You will learn about products, assist with promotions and ensure shelves and displays are inviting and well stocked.

Excellent communication and a friendly attitude are essential, along with curiosity about health and wellness. The role offers a supportive team environment and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
