Job summary

Holland & Barrett in the UK is hiring a Retail Assistant for a permanent 10 hours per week role at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them find the right wellness products, and contribute to a welcoming, high-standard store environment.

The role involves recommending products, keeping shelves stocked, supporting promotions, and working with your team to achieve store goals. Training will build product knowledge and trusted guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organised, work in a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and suggest in-store or online options.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and guidance.
