Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Cambridge is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant for a permanent, part-time role of 10 hours per week. The position pays £13.17 per hour and involves greeting customers, guiding choices to meet wellness goals and delivering high standards across shelves and displays.

You'll complete our Qualified to Advise training, work with a supportive team, and enjoy benefits including holiday entitlement, employee discounts, a pension and wellbeing support programmes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products (in-store or online).
• Completing the training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
