Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
Wamiliarity with health and wellbeing products is a plus.
Ability to explain product benefits clearly to customers.
Comfort with using tablets or digital tools for transactions.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and helping them find products for wellness goals.
Recommending products with confidence and delivering great service.
Keep shelves stocked and displays tidy to high standards.
Support promotions and maintain store presentation and operations.
Collaborate with team to meet store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
Use consultative approach to understand needs and suggest in-store or online options.
Complete training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
