The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, enjoy wellness, and be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, with duties that ensure a positive first impression and seamless operations

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle emails, calls and in-person inquiries.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks where applicable.
• Manage spa bookings and appointments for smooth scheduling.
• Respond to guest inquiries about services and products.
• Process payments at the reception area.
• Promote spa services and retail products.
• Keep reception area clean, tidy and inviting.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and staff for seamless service.
