Soho House & Co is seeking a Health Club Receptionist to greet members and guests, manage check-ins, bookings, and inquiries while ensuring a warm, professional welcome. You will handle payments and coordinate with fitness, spa and housekeeping teams to support daily operations.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced wellness environment. English fluency and a professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receptionist/front-of-house roles, ideally in health club, spa, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Organised and reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage check-in/check-out for members and day visitors.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries about services, classes and facilities.
• Manage bookings for spa treatments, personal training and group classes.
• Process payments for services, memberships and products accurately.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and lobby area.
• Coordinate with fitness, spa and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support membership sales with information and tours for prospective members.
• Protect confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
