Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or private members' club environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Knowledge of spa, fitness, or wellness services is desirable
• Confident using booking systems or reservation software

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests on arrival and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
• Provide information on club facilities, classes, spa treatments, and wellness services
• Anticipate member needs and personalise service while handling special requests
• Manage bookings for spa, personal training, and fitness classes
• Ensure facilities are clean, tidy and guest-ready
• Support health club events and member engagement initiatives
