Job summary

David Lloyd Southampton West End is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and receive excellent experiences seven days a week. You’ll support several departments with tasks like cleaning, opening/closing, greeting members, and assisting teams as needed.

We value a customer-service passion, teamwork, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
