David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Assistant to ensure our members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience every day. You will support multiple club departments with tasks ranging from opening/closing, cleaning, greeting members, to assisting teams as needed, seven days a week.

We value a customer-service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Assist across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties.
• Greet our members and support teams wherever needed.
• Collaborate with departments across the club to ensure smooth operations.
