Here at Vico Homes, we know that having a safe home is just one part of living well. Our Wellbeing Team works alongside customers to help them achieve greater independence, improve their health and wellbeing, and overcome barriers that may be affecting their lives. By providing personalised support, practical advice, and connections to local services and opportunities, we help people build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. It is rewarding work with a lasting impact, helping individuals and communities to thrive.
As part of the Wellbeing Team, you will play an important role in delivering our customer-focused services. You will provide leadership to a team delivering wellbeing services across our communities, ensuring customers receive the right support at the right time. By developing partnerships, driving service quality, and supporting your team to perform at their best, you'll play a key role in improving wellbeing, sustaining tenancies, and achieving positive outcomes for customers.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our wellbeing services are delivered, supporting colleagues to perform at their best and ensuring customers receive high-quality, person-centred support. Through your leadership, you’ll help create positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. You’ll see the impact of your work through the success of your team, the development of services, and the difference made in the communities we serve. If you’re passionate about people, enjoy leading others, and want to help shape services that change lives for the better, we’d love to hear from you.
As Wellbeing Team Leader, you’ll lead a team that helps customers stay independent, improve their wellbeing and access the support they need. You’ll provide day-to-day leadership to Wellbeing Caseworkers, Mental Health Navigators and Coordinators, ensuring customers receive a high-quality service that delivers real results.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and partners across housing, health, social care and the voluntary sector to tackle inequalities and support some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. Building strong relationships will be key to ensuring customers can access the right support when they need it.
You’ll use customer feedback, performance information and your team's knowledge to improve services, identify new opportunities and make sure we’re delivering what matters most to customers. Alongside developing your team, you’ll help shape how wellbeing services evolve to meet changing needs of our customers.
This is a role where you’ll see the difference your work makes. Whether that’s helping someone maintain their tenancy, improve their wellbeing or access support that changes their situation for the better, you’ll play an important part in creating positive outcomes for individuals and communities.
You will be passionate about helping people and motivated by making a positive difference in your community. We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, support and develop others, and bring enthusiasm and energy to the role every day.
You’ll be a confident communicator who can work with a wide range of customers, colleagues, and partner organisations. You’ll have a customer-focused approach, be able to balance competing priorities, and use your judgement to find practical solutions to challenges.
You’ll take pride in delivering high-quality services, have an eye for identifying opportunities to improve, and be committed to helping your team succeed. Experience of working with vulnerable people and leading teams is essential, while experience of working in wellbeing, housing, health, social care, or a related service would be an advantage.
As the role involves working with a range of partners and responding to changing service needs, flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude are key.
