Job summary

City College Peterborough is seeking a quality-focused Wellbeing Admin Officer to support the wellbeing team. You will help ensure learners have access to wellbeing resources and liaise with stakeholders, parents and learners to keep activities running smoothly.

Working alongside Wellbeing Officers, you will chair meetings with external agencies, update records in the college management system, schedule Wellbeing meetings and help create Risk Assessments/Health Care Plans to safeguard learners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting administrative tasks in an education setting.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, parents and learners.
